The only drawback with going natural is unlike HRT, it’s not immediate relief and on many occasions it could be several weeks before you start to experience the benefits.
Dealing with menopause on a mental level has also become part of women’s treatment measures. It’s often said the best way to meet menopause head on is to prepare for it mentally, well before it even has an impact on your life. This is good advice yet many won’t even discuss the subject pre menopause.

Your lack of productivity during menopause will in turn affect all those around you. Some women are known to get aggressive due to the frustrating symptoms.
Getting support from those closest to you is vital however ugly you may act around them. The bottom line is, whatever your urgency is for menopause symptom relief then give serious consideration to using it provided it is safe. Perhaps talk to your doctor about a combination of HRT and natural therapies. It costs nothing to ask.
